The Business Applications Developer works on understanding the needs of business owners and department managers and converting them into software solutions that contribute to improving productivity, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
· Cooperate with the various departments of the company to collect requirements and analyze workflows and processes.
· Design, develop, test, and implement customized business applications and enhancements to existing systems.
· Maintain and support enterprise applications such as ERP, HRMS, Intranet Portal, and Workflows.
· Integrate different systems using APIs, web services, or middleware applications.
· Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to support the decision-making process.
· Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions.
· Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
· Ensure data integrity, system security, data confidentiality, and compliance with organizational policies.
· Provide ongoing application support and end-user training.
· Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend necessary improvements or updates to business applications.
· Communicate and coordinate with other departments and divisions within the company to understand the technical requirements needed for software and application development.
· Reports on the workflow of software development and implementation.
· Perform all duties in accordance with approved health and safety regulations and comply with general occupational health and safety procedures and standards.
Skills Description
Academic Qualification:
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Professional Certifications and Training:
· Recognized professional certifications are considered an additional advantage, such as:
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
Practical Experience:
· 3 to 5 years of experience in systems development and business applications.
Required Knowledge
· Strong knowledge and proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, JavaScript, Power Platform.
· Strong knowledge of databases such as SQL, Azure SQL, Microsoft Synapse, and MySQL.
· Solid understanding of business processes and workflow diagrams.
· Experience in preparing reports and control dashboards using Power BI and Crystal Reports.
· Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Practical Skills
· Advanced proficiency in English language.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
· Strong communication skills.
