Responsibilities:

• Installing, configuring, and calibrating various types of precision equipment, including sensors, meters, and control systems, to ensure measurement accuracy and proper operation.
• Implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs for precision equipment to improve reliability and reduce the occurrence of unexpected failures.
• Receiving corrective maintenance work orders from the direct supervisor, following up on root cause analysis, and executing corrective maintenance works in accordance with the instructions of technical engineers.
• Detecting and repairing faults in precision equipment and measurement devices to reduce downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
• Performing diagnostic tests and inspections on various types of precision equipment to identify and resolve issues.
• Monitoring the performance of all types of precision equipment and collecting readings and performance data as directed by engineers.
• Assisting in the design, upgrading, and modification of electrical systems and precision equipment to improve plant efficiency and reliability.
• Documenting all preventive and corrective maintenance activities and completing work-related records in accordance with required procedures and providing them to the direct supervisor.
• Monitoring the inventory of spare parts for precision equipment.
• Collecting consumed and replaced parts, recording them, and transferring them to the scrap area to be handled in accordance with applicable regulations and work policies.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order standards and cleaning maintenance equipment, tools, and work sites.
• Adhering to all health and safety instructions and standards during work.
• Reporting any problems or hazards to the direct supervisor and providing the necessary technical support.
• Being prepared to deal with emergency situations related to electrical systems and equipment.

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.

Professional Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in the field of Instruments maintenance.

Required Knowledge

• Technical knowledge of electrical maintenance systems, methods, and techniques, and safety procedures.
• Knowledge of specialized tools and equipment used in maintenance and installation.
