Therefore, we announce an opportunity for the position of Packager, we offer this distinctive opportunity to work in a stimulating and professional environment, where you will be responsible for Carrying out unloading and loading operations for raw materials and finished products in accordance with the specified company standards, guidelines, and procedures, and performing cleaning activities as per work requirements and the direct supervisor’s instructions.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare the required materials for the packaging process and unloading of raw materials in coordination with the shift supervisor and packaging inspector, while strictly following safety instructions to ensure the safety of equipment, the environment, and site personnel.
• Carry out packaging of final products (hazardous and non-hazardous) into containers and drums (PE drums, IBCs, and composite drums), including cleaning containers, weighing products, wrapping, securing, and labeling according to standard operating procedures and customer requirements.
• Assist equipment operators in loading and unloading chemicals into containers and ISO tanks; connect hoses to tanks and bulk liquid containers; verify labeling information and ensure compliance with standard procedures.
• Ensure that all final product containers and drums are properly sealed and transferred to the designated loading or storage areas.
• Inspect the final condition of products and dispose of any damaged or non-conforming items with the approval of the immediate supervisor.
• Collect, clean, and transport empty tanks to designated areas.
• Monitor raw material inventory and assist in preparing stock reports as needed to support production targets.
• Operate forklifts safely and in accordance with approved procedures, completing inspection checklists and maintaining operation logs.
• Clean and maintain work areas, packaging equipment, and material handling tools, ensuring a high level of cleanliness in the facility in accordance with company standards.
• Clean the filter press of filtration residues and support operational activities within the plant, such as cleaning and assembling BPAs and pressure filters according to approved procedures.
• Provide support to the packaging and loading departments for finished goods
• Load and transport damaged materials and industrial waste to designated areas, following work instructions and approved safety procedures.
• Return samples from the laboratory and dissolve them in the packaging section.
• Report any breakdowns or malfunctions in unloading equipment or forklifts.
• Monitor deviations from standard operating conditions and inform the direct supervisor of any non-conformities or unusual situations during unloading to ensure worker safety in the unit and other areas.
• Follow the instructions of the shift supervisor and packaging inspector to ensure smooth workflow and take appropriate preventive or corrective actions when needed.
Skills Description
Educational Qualification:
• High school diploma (minimum requirement)
Work Experience:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
Certifications and Training:
• Vocational training certificate
• Forklift operation license/certification
