We offer this distinctive opportunity to work in a stimulating and professional environment, where you will be responsible for performing various plastic welding tasks, including assembling, fabricating, modifying, and repairing plastic components used in equipment and piping systems according to engineering drawings, diagrams, and specifications. This role utilizes specialized welding techniques and equipment to ensure high-quality joints and seals, all while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

·       Read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications to determine layout requirements.

·       Prepare welding materials and weld components.

·       Set up and adjust welding equipment, ensuring proper temperature, pressure, and speed for optimal weld quality.

·       Measure and mark pipes for cutting and threading.

·       Cut and thread piping systems.

·       Repair and weld plastic liners for pressure inside vessels and tanks.

·       Fabricate pipes lined with PTFE/PVDF materials.

·       Fabricate and weld various types of FRP piping systems.

·       Perform visual inspections and monitor weld quality to ensure they meet industrial standards, safety requirements, and factory quality protocols.

·       Load, transport, and unload materials, tools, equipment, and supplies.

·       Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections performed.

·       Maintain cleanliness standards and organize the cleaning of equipment, tools, and maintenance sites.

·       Follow all health and safety guidelines while working.

·       Report any issues or hazards to the direct supervisor and provide necessary technical support.

·       Be prepared to handle emergency situations such as hazardous material leaks or power outages.

Educational Qualifications:

·       Specialized Vocational Training Center.

Work Experience:

·       1-3 years of experience in a similar field.

Required Knowledge:

·       Proficiency in various plastic welding techniques and knowledge of welding equipment and tools.

·       Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.

Skills and Competencies:

·       Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and schematics.

·       Attention to detail and fault diagnosis.

·       Ability to diagnose faults and determine root causes.

·       Experience in using specialized tools and equipment.

·       Ability to organize the work site and maintain cleanliness and order.
