Responsibilities:

• Measurement and Cutting of Insulation:
-Measure and cut insulation materials according to required dimensions using hand and power tools.

• Application and Securing of Insulation:
- Apply and secure insulation using methods such as spraying, blowing, gluing, binding, and fastening.

• Template Development:
- Create and shape templates based on equipment drawings for manufacturing and producing various covering fittings, including bends, radius bends, T-sections, and valve boxes.

• Covering Insulated Equipment:
- Cover insulated equipment with metal cladding to protect and enhance durability.

• Specialized Insulation Systems:
- Apply specialized insulation systems to piping, ducts, tanks, and critical equipment.

• Insulation Removal for Assessment:
-May be required to remove cladding and insulation for third-party evaluation of surface coating conditions

Educational Qualification & Work Experience:

• Vocational Centers / Vocational Training.
• 1-3 years of experience.

Professional Certifications and Training:

• Specialized vocational training in insulation or a related field.

Required Knowledge:

• Understanding of insulation materials and installation techniques.
• Knowledge of regulations and safety practices related to insulation work.

Skills and Competencies:

• Experience in using specialized tools and equipment and folding / grooving and rolling machines.
• Fabricate, cut and form all types of cladding and sheet metals
• Good physical ability and capability to perform manual labor.
• Ability to organize the worksite and maintain cleanliness and order.
• Ability to use the necessary tools and equipment for insulation.
