Trainee – QC Compliance Officer

Jordan Bromine Company is seeking a trainee to join our laboratory team. The role focuses on monitoring, measuring, and controlling lab operations to ensure quality, safety, and housekeeping standards, while supporting documentation and data management. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional lab environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily laboratory tours to monitor operations, safety, and housekeeping.
• Track and report deviations from lab safety and cleanliness standards.
• Assist in quality control checks and ensure compliance with laboratory procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and perform data entry to track lab performance KPIs.
• Support preparation of reports on lab activities and compliance status.
• Help implement corrective actions and improvements in lab procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or other related fields.
• 0-2 years of experince.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical.
• Comfortable with monitoring, documentation, and basic data analysis.
• Good communication skills and a team player attitude.
